Terms & Conditions

  • To secure your wedding date a non refundable booking deposit is required, this is then deducted from your wedding day balance

  • Deposit will be due 3 days within the invoice sent, bookings are only confirmed when deposit is made

  • Paying the deposit you are agreeing to all terms & conditions

  • In peak season a minimum booking number is required

  • If deposit is not paid within the 3 day period we have the right to release the date to anyone else interested in booking

  • Trials are a separate service and any payments for this is due the day of the trial, if you decide to not go ahead with your booking then any trial fee’s made are non refundable

  • Trials are done from artists home on a Tuesday & Thursday between 9am and 4pm

  • Any allergies must be mentioned prior to having trial

  • All payments are to be made via BACS, no cash is accepted

  • No payments are made the day of the wedding, this will be done 4 weeks before the wedding date when an invoice will be sent to you

Covid 19 Policy

  • Any deposits made are non refundable

  • If you choose to postpone your wedding to the following year then there will be a price increase to what would be that years pricing

  • A conversation must be discussed in terms of finding a new wedding date that both yourself and Chloe can do together

  • Any payments for trials are non refundable

  • A second non refundable payment may be required to postpone to a new wedding date

  • When a trial takes place you must come alone to this appointment, if any of your bridal party wish to have a trial then this will be organised for earlier/later time on that date or alternatively a different date

  • If you do arrive with another person for your trial then unfortunately they will not be allowed into the premise

  • You must let Chloe know if you or anyone in your household have any Covid symptoms or have a positive test

  • Hand sanitizer upon entrance to the trial is required

  • Payment for trials are now requested 24 hours before your trial, an invoice will be sent

Cancellation & Fee’s

  • If for any reason you cancel your wedding or the booking within 12 weeks of the wedding date then the full balance on your invoice remains to be paid

  • You will be charged 60p per mile travelled to your venue/place of which you will be getting ready on the day

  • If a decrease in numbers of the bridal party is cancelled within 12 weeks of the wedding, the full balance of the original quote remains to be paid.

  • Any parking charges for the artist are covered by yourself
